"My stay at The Westerly at Hilton Aruba was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is spectacular, beautifully designed, and exceptionally well maintained. The beach is stunning, with crystal-clear water and soft white sand, and the location is perfect for enjoying everything Aruba has to offer.
What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out.
My only criticism is the beach umbrella reservation system. Considering the premium price of the hotel, I don’t believe guests should have to reserve beach umbrellas in advance. A first-come, first-served approach would be much fairer, allowing guests who arrive at the beach first to choose from the available umbrellas. It was disappointing to see this policy at such a high-end resort.
That being said, this was a minor issue compared to an otherwise exceptional experience. I would gladly return and highly recommend The Westerly to anyone visiting Aruba."
