"Excellence at its finest! From moment we arrive until the last second we have to board to come back home; RIU Palace Aruba is a special place! The staff is absolutely incredible, all of them: from the front desk, concierge, restaurants, cleaning room services, casinos, pool grounds and hotel-resort grounds staff; they truly want you to have the best experience and go out of their way to make our stay memorable and special. Our family has been returning to RIU Palace for the last 10 plus years and there’s no place we would rather be. The food is always delicious and plenty, varieties galore. Plenty of restaurants, activities around to-do, the entire resort is clean and MOST importantly, family friendly!! This is the resort you want to bring your family to. Thank you everyone at RIU Palace for another wonderful week and we shall see you again for our next vacation."

"Room was amazing, beach the resort had was amazing, even though Aruba beaches are all beautiful! Staff was amazing and the food options and drinks on the property are phenomenal. It was our first time going to Aruba for our honeymoon and the Ritz made it memorable, we will be back!"

"Upon our arrival there was no electricity. We were not shown how to use the remote for the TV as and the key for safe we had to ask for it. The prices in the rooms for chairs and coolers are posted less than the actual rental. They were nice enough to help with the rental"
