"The staff at the front desk and the pool/towels area were RUDE. Seem to forget who is paying for the stays and HOW MUCH we are paying as guests. It is evident there is NO CARE for Customer Satisfaction.
The Bar Tenders were ALL good and polite.
Also - the noise at night from the neighboring properties is BAD and there is no warning given to the guests."

"The owners are amazingly kind and accommodating. They are always offering a greeting while around the property and willing to answer questions. We were given a room upgrade which was fabulous, few items such as linens outdated but not a big deal. The grounds are beautiful. The pool is warm and central for all. There are so many places right outside your door to relax in the shade or catch some sun. Having access to a cooler and beach chairs made out adventures to the beach pleasant. We grilled out near the pool deck and socialized with other guests. No doubt we would come back we had a blast. This is not our first time in Aruba. Thank you for your hospitality, it’s like staying with relatives. Shhhh- we want it to be a secret so we can always have a spot!! "
