"The views of Mt Meru and the surrounding bush country were magnificent. The grounds include banana, papaya, mango, pineapple and avocado plants/trees, all of which enhance the experience. The staff were extremely attentive and polite. All speak English. We loved the food so much my wife wanted to bring the chef home (joking of course, but high praise). "I arrived at the property at 4am. My driver woke someone up in order for the gates to be opened. From the moment I stepped into this magical world, I felt swept away by the atmosphere, the 4 poster bed, the warm shower, the surrounding nature and even the charming monkeys running on the property. I enjoyed an in-room massage and a fantastic breakfast and lunch. Five stars are not enough. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10. "

"I only spent one night at this hotel, but I immediately regretted not being able to stay longer. The staff was so welcoming and the accommodations were absolutely great! "

"Our stay was amazing. Lucie and staff made sure we were well looked after each night we stayed between our Safari and trek. Rooms are a great size, clean and comfortable. Food and service was amazing. The location is a little remote, but this is the appeal, quiet and the surroundings are perfect to sit back and relax. Thanks for a great stay!"

"I can't say enough good things about Kaswende Farm. The owner was the most remarkable host I've ever met. He arranged for a pick-up for me and treated me like family on my arrival. It was my first day in Tanzania and in fact in Africa, and he did a remarkable job at getting me up to speed with what to be aware of while travelling through the country.
