"We loved the swan hotel. Although our room was A Snug room if it hadn’t of been for the extreme hot weather it would’ve been great. It was a little claustrophobic. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom was a little tight but the shower was big. Ask for a low floor if you have difficulty with stairs as they’re quite steep.
We received a warm welcome on arrival and the amazing friendliness of the staff continued through our 2 night stay. Special mention goes to Lee the manager, Sally our fun waitress, Peter the Barman and the young student at breakfast (sorry can’t remember his name.
We had trouble with our room lock and Lee went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the solution. Ee would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so relaxing. Location was perfect, right in the centre of town."
