"Travelled with family for few days. The kids loved the pool and the beach was fantastic. Animation team was fantastic. Rooms and surrounding areas could use more TLC. The food was too much of the local flavor and the not so much variety....."

"Firstly, they were understaffed and the staff who were there chose to do everything but come and assist us, even when it came to us ordering food. The rooms were okay but not as advertised and again the staff chose to ignore the fact that the door handle keeps falling off and card key area not functioning ..."
