"Friendly staff Clean room Nice breakfast"

"I'd like to have access to a toaster in the room, no microwave. when I asked the staff to warm up my pizza in the breakfast area, I was told no. It's a bummer when simple units aren't provided (like a water kettle to warm water, toaster or mini conventional oven to warm up left overs will be a great addition). this could be provided individually per room, or provided at the breakfast area for everyone to use as complimentary use."

In addition to being clean, the water pressure in the shower was excellent. That feature can be hit or miss and is very important to me. "False advertising on this hotel. Said airport shuttle and only about 7 miles to O’Hare. No shuttle, $75 cab fare. "

"As helpful as the front desk staff was, the halls smelled, our room had a terrible smell of mildew and the air conditioner/heater unit would smell like burnt hair when it was turned on. We found bugs (carpet Beatles/ants) and were offered a discount if we stayed another night only to be offered a discount on a weekend rate which was just as much as the room was. I was not happy with this and would never recommend it."
