"Location was great. It was quiet no outside traffic noise. I liked that you could order from bar area restaurant until 10pm. Really nice gym and pool. Dont like the fact people can see in from the outside. Its on the lower garage level. Breakfast lounge area was very nice, spacious need key card to enter. "Parking lot lights were never on! Very dark!! My 85 year old mother was locked in her room 3 times. Each time they said they fixed it and didn’t. Last time took 30 min for someone to get her out. They were giving her another room, told me they had to clean it. They ended up giving that room away and had to give her a different room. They said they were going to credit me back for 1 night, that was 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten anything!!"
