"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "

"Amazing clean and tidy. We stayed on the top floor so there is 5 flights of stairs. We stayed for 4 days all I would suggest is that they should give extra toiletries and towels after 2 days at the least as they do charge a cleaning fee. But it’s beautiful great location and extremely clean "

"The appartment is located on the third floor in a building without elevator. The paid parking lots in the whole area may be full. We had to park outside the Kappana area, far away. "Tasty breakfast, friendly staff, amazing views from the rooftop terrace and the rooms have all amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Super convenient location - steps away from shops, restaurants and the Old Town, perfect for exploring. The owner also gave us tour of the ruins underneath the building, it was super interesting. "It is listed as being located in downtown Plovdiv, but unfortunately, it is actually about a 25-minute walk from the city center. In front of the hotel, there are several buildings that are falling apart, which makes the view from the windows quite unpleasant.
