"The property is located in a quiet section of Tigard. It was convenient to a venue where we attended an evening wedding. Our room was spacious, comfortably appointed and clean. We traveled with a pet, and it was nice to be located on the end of a hallway where we could use the stairs to get our pup in and out of the motel easily without taking her on the elevator. "This is a ' no frills ' clean comfortable nights rest. There is none of the spa like freebies that come with rooms costing 2-3x more! If your self sufficient it's outstanding. There is across the parking lot a decent restaurant. Does have ICE machine & 1 pop vending machine. Coffee in lobby. Bed was comfortable the sheets clean. The bathroom linen was my only downside. Had a window in the shower/toilet room!! I will come back. Was a little noisy 7-9 as people are arriving but by 9:30 dead...

"The elevator was very loud and jerky. The bathroom door in the room was falling off the hinges so we had to lift the door to close it. The fan cover in the bathroom was falling off the ceiling. There were outlets with no face cover so there were exposed wires."

"There was a situation where I was followed by someone on a morning walk nearby the hotel and as soon as I entered the hotel and asked for them to help me, the 2 men at the front desk quickly helped by one going outside to find the man and one immediately calling the police. I felt safe and cared for and although Portland has some bad eggs roaming around I would stay here again because of how safe and cared for the staff made me feel. "This was a last minute trip and usually stay at a luxury hotel, however, we were very pleased with the cleanliness and service of the facility and highly recommended for the money! Free parking and meticulous cleanliness and walkable shopping."

"I usually enjoy my stays at Hampton Inna, but this one was a bit of a letdown. While valet parking is nice, it was a little awkward for my needs on this occasion. The beds were also a little too soft (perhaps time for a new mattress?). While there was really nothing wrong to specifically point to, after a long day of traveling, it just didn't quite meet the mark I usually associate with Hampton Inn."
