"Need a stay in london close to travel amenities The location is perfect right in the heart of Westfield Checking is staff bright and cheerful. Did try to assist as i wanted a bath on my room nit a shower , however, they were fully booked Breakfast staff was amazing. Especially Claudio. The other recepption staff Monica and Jayesh may need a little more acknowlegment to their guests. Overall friendly team , perfect location and a good room "

"We woke up sweating the first night. The staff told us management just changed the A/C to go off every 4 hours. So you cannot sleep through the night with air conditioning. Otherwise the room and hotel were great. "

"This is a tired property, there was a hole in the floor covered by lino. Things broken and cracked. Yes, perfect location for ammeneties etc. But in room 1, do not stay. Things are rusty, shelves missing. Bed you can feel springs. "

"Beautiful apartment with 2 bed 2 bath and full kitchen. Easy access from the tube about 10 minutes walking. Host met me at arrival. Nice and clean, only thing is the drains in the bathroom sinks drain a bit slow and the shower water pressure is a bit low. Overall great stay and would repeat."
