"The room was designated ADA but it had a bathtub with no handrails. It was also the second last room farthest from the elevator. There was nothing about this room that serviced handicaped guests and was definitely not wheelchair compliant. If I stayed again I would just reserve a regular room and ask to be close to the elevator.
The breakfast was good and the attendant was exceptional. I noticed they helped guests even after breakfast hours.
I rated the amenities 2 because the ADA room was not compliant and the pool was closed although it looked ok."
"I always enjoying staying at this hotel. The front desk was very short staffed for such a large hotel. One clerk when I arrived and another came to assist shortly thereafter, although he did not seem very happy about it. Overall, a nice, clean property in a good location, plenty of parking, restaurants and amenities."
"If I had been charged the going rate, which I found out should be about 60$ per night maybe I wouldn't be so critical but I was charged nearly $600 for 3 nights. Overall it looks like they're trying over there, doing the best with whats left of the hotel. I would never book this place again, it was way overpriced for how old and run-down the place is. 1st room was giving me respiratory issues (not normal for me). the second room was definitely better but still the whole hotel has a bit of an odor and is kind of gross. not to mention there was water coming from the ceiling in the main entrance lobby. What was dissappointing is that when I got there I noticed that every single hotel (like 3 total) in directly adjacent lots were quite a bit newer. I really screwed up picking this hotel when booking, dont make the same mistake I did. I heard they had a continental breakfast but I didnt even bother looking since I wouldnt feel comfortable eating from a hotel that looked as this one does."
