"I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Asheville East. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how spotless the room was and how comfortable the bed felt—I got a great night’s sleep. The highlight, however, was the onsite restaurant, Woodfire Bar & Grille. It was so convenient to have such high-quality food and service right at the hotel. A huge shoutout to Shaun, our bartender and waiter. He was incredible and even remembered our drink orders the very next day! It’s rare to find that level of personalized service. Every staff member I met was friendly and professional. 5 stars for the location and the team!"

Part of the hotel was very outdated and part was remodeled. We loved that there was a little dog walking trail in the woods right next to parking lot. Our room had mold on the bathroom walls and the top of the shower and ceiling. No one was at the front desk the morning we left. Location and stay was great. A big disappointment was the view from the pool is not as advertised anymore, the trees and shrubbery is so overgrown you only get a glimpse of the mountains behind. Other than that, it always all as advertised and a good stay!
