"Room with Mt Fuji view = spectacular during clear sky! Breakfast quite expansive selection, although only 7am-9am, vs standard of 6:30/7am to 10am. Private room Kaiseki dinner was fabulous (not all rooms have private room) - a bit pricey overall but if you consider it an all-inclusive (minus lunch) then it’s fabulous. We were there three nights and didn’t leave property - would stay five nights next time! Nightly drum show was great for kids (and adults!)"

"Although this onsen is a bit pricey, the rooms are the most beautiful we have ever experienced and very well appointed with many unexpected amenities. The private soaking tub outdoors on the large balcony overlooking the creek and mountain views is heaven. My only inconvenience is the exceptional Kaisecki (sp?) dinners. I cannot eat gluten or fish and they were unable to accomodate those allergies. Therefore, I sat and watched my companions enjoy this special (and beautifully rendered)...

"Our state was excellent!!! The hospitality was warm and welcoming., the dinner and breakfast served in our room was fantastic and we enjoyed the Tatami style. We enjoyed the onsets, especially the two private ones. Everything felt so authentic it was exactly what we were hoping for."

"Amazing experience. Staff extremely nice. However the bathroom need a big upgrade ... it clashes with the rest of the room and breaks the momentum a bit. But we definitely loved the experience we had"
