"The staff here were very helpful and friendly but the rooms were very tired and in need of updating and some TLC. It was for an overnight stop while travelling and a convenient location off the motorway."

"WiFi was not reliable in my room and staff were aware a while ago that was the reply.? Parking was steep. It was managed by a private parking company and of course this was not mentioned while booking."

"The hotel looks awful from the outside, like an American run down Motel. Inside is a whole different ballgame, it’s been renovated to a high standard throughout.
