"Everything was great, wonderful helpful staff. But there was no elevator - only 2 floors - but was with my 82 yr old mom. Had to make multiple trips up because she gets winded easily and I was carrying for both. AC didnt seem to cool hreatly, but I could sleep well enough. Breakfast was good. "

"Beautiful new facility! Only complaints were lights on sensors that turned off and on at will and lack of ice machine for the building. Every room has an ice machine in the freezer and they forgot to tell us to turn it on. Otherwise, a great place! Definitely would stay here again. Desk staff very friendly and helpful."

"This hotel appears to be relatively new. The interior was nicely decorated, freshly painted, few signs of wear. The amenities functioned as expected. The hotel staff were plentiful, smiling, and willing to help, making this an exceptional experience."

"I arrived to the property and the outside of the building leaves much to be desired. Then I step into the lobby where I’m greeted with a kiosk of someone from another country video calling in to check me into the hotel, which was annoying because their accent was hard to understand. Then I get in the room and the floor is covered in water as there is a leak from both the fridge and AC unit. I grabbed the room phone to call and complain and it also didn’t work at all. "The room smelled so bad like cigarettes which i didn't request a smoking room.. There was someone's toe nails on the floor and the bedding had hair in the bed.. The air conditioner smelled horrible when i turned it on..Just nasty all the way around. They said that was the only room left the lady at the desk so very rude and had a really bad attitude. We just left we lost our money and the room because i refuse to sleep in a hotel room that is dirty like that."
