"Everything was fine until while closing the door while leaving for dinner down the street , somehow activated the safety security bar after closing and couldn’t get back in when we came back . We had the front desk agent come up to get it unlatched so we could return to the room with our things locked in .. we never had that happened but all was taken care of and very professional about it .. great job "

"The staff was great. They offered us bottled waters when we arrived, which was nice. We had two rooms. Everything was great except for in one of the rooms, my parents room, the sink faucet didn't work well. The water just kind of trickled out. The bathroom sink in my room was fine. It was just theirs that had problems. I believe there's was room number 209. Everything else was great."
