"The room the hallway the lobby the place was when they are done with their bottle caps and cigarette we spend the first 30 minutes cleaning the bathroom because the toilet was covered in pee stains I did mention this to the owner but he couldn’t care less he already got our money."

"Breakfast was nothing like the picture posted here. Probably 1/10 of it. This was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed at. They didn't have an ice machine, attendant said someone would bring some in 5-10 minutes, 20 minutes later now one had showed up. Ants and spiders in the room. The ceiling of the bathroom was collapsing and the tubs finish was almost entirely peeled off. People outside the room, including other guests, yelling and banging until all hours."

"Booked and paid for handicap room as my wife is in a wheelchair, got there semi truck parked in handicap spots, reeked of marijuana as soon as we came in, got room key 2nd floor, 1 elevator. Got wife and luggage into the elevator and went to the room, no handicap of any kind. Left wife there and took stairs down to the front desk, no rooms available and no refund on the already paid for room. Should have left then and went somewhere else, got even worse for the two days we stayed. Definitely...

"The ground was hella dirty I used some cleaning supplies and used couple of the towels to clean the floor and the white towels turned black. And it smelled funny and the bed had someone else hair in the bed. But no bugs I guess. But besides that good service and they brought new towels 2 out of the 4 days I stayed there. "

"Staff very helpful and breakfast good for the morning rush, only one option in which they serve you the plate from the counter., not a buffet., the lady that serve the breakfast (forget her name) was very helpful and friendly.
The room was fairly clean the curtain was with ugly spot, overall clean.
The swimming pool is outside and small. We went two days for a wedding event, guessing overall the staying was satisfactory and the staff very helpful."

The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago.

"First time at Hyatt Place sc location was nice. Sheena at the front desk was awesome. She made our long trip so meaningful. She was kind, professional, caring , godly young woman. She loved her job and it was evident that she was just a generally caring person. My mobility is not good and she went above and beyond from the first greeting to our last step.
