"Stayed here with my family and overall the property itself is decent, but the experience after checkout was very disappointing.
We were charged $500 for carpet cleaning due to a small food stain (blueberries). While I acknowledge the stain occurred, the charge was completely disproportionate. A full carpet steam clean was done by an external contractor at a cost of $500, with no attempt to consider a more reasonable solution like spot cleaning.

"No doubt the hotel was good , my kids found room to be pretty good but I was surprised to come to know that they were charged for the water bottles .In every hotel , two water bottles per day are complimentary kept along with electric ketttle and tea and coffee stuff but they were charged of the water bottles .This was something the hotel should not have charged for .Rest they enjoyed a lot and had a good experience
