"Hotel was okay. However I only booked this hotel as all the info on Expedia said that there was a pool and gym. There was indeed a pool and gym but you had to pay to use it. This was not clear in fact I feel like it was disingenuous. When I paid for my room it was made clear that you had to pay extra for breakfast and parking so they needed to add pool and gym usage to that.
In the end it was sorted out but the false advertising aspect will stay with me as its not necessary"

"After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh.
