"Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The two young male reception staff Can (not sure the other's name) were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, our arrival experience was disappointing. We checked in at around 8pm after a long day of travelling and were initially told we had received a complimentary room upgrade. However, the upgrade was not provided, and we ended up having to move rooms twice and wait around before finally...

"Hotel was well maintained and room was clean and well equipped. Staff we’re helpful and pleasant to deal with. Location is in a nice area, but a good 30 minutes walk to the Kadikoy and Moda market and restaurants."

"J’ai fait beaucoup d’hôtels, et autant vous dire que celui-ci est le meilleur dans lequel j’ai séjourné ! Je tiens d’abord à remercier le personnel pour le surclassement. Les chambres sont impeccablement propres, très bien équipées, et le personnel est plus que serviable. Je les remercie sincèrement pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.
