"Before I begin, I just wanted to give a big shout out to Esme who was the MVP of the team here. She is the head chef responsible for a very good Burnt Basque Cheesecake (she does all the baking and food stuffs in the morning). And she is good. VERY GOOD. Warm and welcoming with a smile she made our omelettes, scrambled eggs etc perfectly. Just the way I like it. çok teşekkür ederim and Allah Raci Olsun.
That the only good thing about this overpriced hostelry is the staff. They are warm...

"The room we booked was advertised as having a city view; however, it only overlooked the front street and the building directly opposite, which felt misleading and disappointing.
Additionally, the stairwell lighting was very poor, making it difficult and unsafe to use when not taking the lift.
Housekeeping was also below standard. My sheets were not changed for the entire 4-night stay, despite there being a visible blood stain on them from a previous guest.
The breakfast was enjoyable, though...
