"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We especially appreciated that they upgraded our room to a better one, which was a nice gesture. The location is excellent—very close to Istiklal Street, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance.
There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast was disappointing, with a limited variety of food. The breakfast area was quite small,...

"The shops nearby is convenient. There were other guest across our room that were so loud at 3 am for consecutive days. There should be sign to keep it down. The bathroom smelled like mold and the rack hanging in the bathroom was corroded. The toilet so close to the vanity is a safety hazard. The comforter had holes and seems like no one checks. We had our sign to clean our room, we left at 9 came back and room was not cleaned."

"This apartment is really big with 2 bathrooms a washing machine and 3 small balconies that look over a busy street. It is in a street/area that is filled with restaurants and bars and there is a cheap supermarket right next door. Metro is a short walk. For us the apartment and location were perfect. Staff are a little hard to get hold of in person, but responsive over WhatsApp. They organised airport transfers and my friend left his phone in one, staff contacted driver and got it returned"

"Up on arriving in the room i saw what appeared to be blood stained on the white bed sheet on the bed i reported this to one of the cleaner on duty who quickly changed. The hotel is located in close proximity of reaturant , bank, coffee shop , clothes stores and pub a very noisey location though and please be aware of this if youre a light sleeper. . The bed is quiet noisey and i gets lots of pain in my body .
I was not very impressed with the repetitive cold breakfast totally displeasing i...
