Mask policy is sometimes enforced, but this hotel is superior to the Nell in that vaccines are not required for 12 and over, so if you are reluctant to have your children or yourselves vaccinated the St Regis will not discriminate against you. "Even tho it started off not so good cause of another guess being rude and disrespectful and threatening to call the police on me because he felt like he was better than us. The staff try they best to accommodate us for the situation. Even tho i felt that they could of did a little better cause i felt like if it was me [person of color] would have forsure got kicked out and had me in the back of the police car.
