"Do Not Stay Here: Rundown, Dirty, and Misleading This property is completely misrepresented online and on Expedia. It is currently a rundown construction zone, which was never disclosed during booking. The entire place is a mess, and the pool is completely out of commission due to the ongoing construction. Worse than the construction was the lack of basic cleanliness. The room was filthy—the bed and sheets were disgusting, covered in hair and dirt when we arrived. Do not rely on the internet...

"Everything was great. This property is a 20 minutes or less walk to quite a few attractions and downtown area. A very short walk to the rafting place I believe is Outdoor Adventures...which was also an amazing time. The continental breakfast was ok, wish it had warm food, but had lots of options as far as toast, yogurt, muffins, and bagels. The property and rooms were clean and I even saw people vacuuming ledges and going above and beyond to tidy things. The outdoor area had beautiful blooming...

"The room was not clean, the sheets on the bed were dirty. The lamps in tge room did not work. I asked for a refund and they denied it."

"I thought it was perfect for what I needed it for. Choose by everything I wanted to explorer. Places are walking distance. The room was clean and the staff was nice and helpful for the questions I had."

"Great value. Friendly staff. Good parking and location to the gondola. Not a big variety of restaurants within a few blocks but not too far from inner town. Everything worked, including all the light bulbs haha. Only heads up is that the breakfast and coffee are a bit underwhelming and the laundry facilities are a single washer and dryer. Overall a good value for a somewhat expensive town."

"We loved the Zephyr suite as it was perfect for our 3 generations to stay together with the separate bedroom and bathroom. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to our needs when requesting more towels and coffee pods. Loved the Brew Pub and coffee shop attached to the property. The only negatives were the parking and the lack of an elevator to take baggage up to the 4th floor."

"I loved that the room we got had three queen beds. I liked how nice the breakfast was in the morning and how many tables there were for guests to sit at. But for the price I paid, I didn’t like that my room came without a shower curtain, dirty carpets and fresh blood stains on my pillow. My son’s bed didn’t have a mattress protector and had what looked like a puke stain under the sheet. The cleanliness was pretty upsetting."

"Beautiful older motel but very well kept. Walk to attractions, shops and restaurants. Clean. Comfortable. We’d stay here again for sure."

"The web site said a pool and hot tube and there is not one on site, you have to walk across the street to another Hotel and use theirs - not pleasant. The web site says " River Front" - It is not - you have to walk across the street and go behind the hotel across the street. The ceilings must be paper thin, we had to leave a day early due to the stomping around in the room above."

"really nice property in convenient location. The staff were really kind and helpful. The room was spacious and nice to stay in after a few weeks in regular hotel rooms. Would stay again!"
