"Reception staff were able to accommodate an earlier check in time. Lovely sized room with balcony. Great sized bed and very comfortable. Shuttle service to and pick up from Aspen was just a 10min drive and excellent communication. Drivers very good and recommended places to eat and see. Our only disappointment was finding that the pool was unavailable due to maintenance from the day after I booked. When I asked why we were not informed told I should have checked their own website. My booking was made through Expedia not directly with them."

"Stayed here with two children and really liked having three separate beds in the room. The room was clean and had an updated bathroom and flooring. The hotel is right off Main Street and parking easy. Convenient to get to grocery store and walk to restaurants."
