"A nice spacious room with clean comfortable beds. The bathroom was recently renovated with a very nice walk-in shower (i.e., no bathtub). Unfortunately, there was literally no counter space in the bathroom. Also, the breakfast was a touch disappointing as food options were quickly taken by others and did not appear to ever be re-stocked. The location was OK, as we were close enough to the downtown area to walk, albeit through an industrial section of town. In conclusion, we stayed here because of what we believed was good value. Honestly, we were not dissapointed. While I cannot say our stay was exceptional, the property did deliver as advertised."

"Charged me $20 extra because I booked on Expedia. Then I had to pay $12 to park my car. Total was $210! Sort of bait and switch imo, these expenses were unexpected. Room was tiny but OK, building was undergoing renovation, so quite a mess. Exercise room was good. Breakfast was carby garbage."

"They advertise it as being newly remodeled. It looks dirty and old. An elongated seat was on a round toilet bowl so the seat didn’t fully cover the toilet bowl. The room smelled like sewer water and that smell did not go away. The food items for breakfast were sparse and didn’t seem to be much to choose from. The coffee was extremely weak and didn’t taste much like coffee. We poured it out and bought coffee at a gas station across the street. The orange juice was also watered down. Everything looked stained and dirty. Would not stay there again."

"They closed the bar at 11:00. When everybody was coming back from the concert. Very disappointed"

"Initial room provided had not been cleaned. Next room was clean but in the morning, identified shampoo etc was empty had not been filled. Chose hotel due to restaurant. Food was mediocre and staff misplaced credit card at billing. They did find it but overall, not a “feel good” hotel. Would not recommend and definitely not worth the price."
