"I had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all."

"The rooms are very comfortable, the property is excellent with a nice lobby, functional gym and very pleasant pool area. It’s also incredibly convenient to get to the airport without stressing since the hotel’s shuttle service is free, runs regularly and takes only about two minutes to get there. It’s a great hotel to stay at when traveling in and out of Abidjan. "

Reponse de l'hotel nous n'avons pas de contrat avec hotel.com et Expedia. Première surprise. deuxième surprise , ils nous ont demandé de repayer une deuxième fois ce qu'on a refusé et de vous demander le remboursement. Le responsable Accor de cote d'ivoire et le responsable de l'hotel n'ont vraiment pas...
