"Clean room and great staff!"

"The place was convienient to other places we were driving to. The place wasn't very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was no housekeeping or fresh towels. Apparently, there was breakfast- no one told us. Large, barking dogs going in and out of the hotel & rooms. No one met us @ the front desk upon arrival, or any other time. We had to ring a bell & wait for a person to come out. "

"The property location is nice and quiet as long as there is no event going on. One night a gathering with loud music was being hosted by the Inn outside and it lasted until 10pm. "

"I chose this location because of its proximity to the hospital we were going to the following day. The room was clean and the bed was actually comfortable. The access to the bathroom was really tight. The room had just the shower/tub combo and the toilet without much space to move around because the door swung in and took most of the room. The gentleman at the check in desk was very nice and helped me get a first floor room because my husband was having hip replacement surgery the next day and...

"The grounds are immaculate as well as the top tier golf course. Rooms were very nice security stationed down by the elevator lobby to make secure entry. This is the third time staying here and never disappoints. The staff from check-in, bellmen and casino security kudos. Casino has all the new machines. "room smelled like someone smoked pot in it. All of the exhaust fans were on when we got into the room. chair broken cupboards banged up and had nothing in them for the kitchen area stove top in bad shape Refridgerator didn't work took forever to check in Bed crackled AC loud would not recommend to anyone Bed made incorrectly with blanket instead of sheet on bottom No kleenex bathroom fan LOUD No hair dryer place was dirty No coffee pot"

"Upon checking into our room it has a horrible must stale smells it was very strong. Upon checking the room it was not very clean and the bedding had stains on the blankets of both beds. The front desk clerk was amazing and showed me several more rooms but they were all the same. We requested a refund and went across the street to another hotel."

"The person at the desk charged my credit card while telling me he wasnt goi g to charge it. I had alreapdy prepaid for the room. No breakfast dont exoect any. Also the bes sheets are old along with the towels"
