"Shawn the front desk person was very helpful and polite. The continental breakfast is not good at all. The apple and orange juice tasted terrible. The only bread there was rye. They had bagels, the only fruit there was bananas and they were overripe. Not a continental breakfast at ALL."

"They need an update. Nice people, but a rusty ring around the bath drain was off-putting, and the toilet paper was so thin as to almost be clear. The biggest pillow on the bed had a wrinkled pillowcase that almost looked like someone had laid on it, and their air-freshener was…weird. Breakfast was fine and like I said, staff was nice."

"Hotel was great. Its situated in a community that has plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We enjoyed walking into the community and eating at the many restaurants. You wouldn't have to drive at all. Even the hotel has a restaurant. There's a little nostalgia to the hotel where it feels dated. They do a good job with maintaining property and everyone is so nice. There's no breakfast but there's plenty to eat nearby you can walk to. Only negative that's not the hotel fault is these...

"For starters, the property look nothing like it did online. The carpet was filthy to the point where my grandson's feet were black from walking on it. I washed his feet before I even thought about taking a picture of them. The guy at the front desk was nice. There was a broke down work truck after hours. One of the exes was blocked. The rooms could have been a little cooler. We didn't try breakfast."

"The property was okay. It doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The room was fine, check-in was easy. There were a lot of small oversights that could’ve been fixed to elevate the room/stay. For example, the first body towel I used had a tear in it along with 2 hairs (not ours) attached to it, there were scuff marks all over the walls and mirrors that could’ve been touched with paint and the clock in our room was off by a few hours."

"Early morning, on Saturday 16th there were no proteins available at the breakfast room. There were some bread slices, pastries, waffles and some fruit, but no eggs or traditional breakfast meat of some type. It appears that they were understaffed that morning. I had to ask for some napkins because there weren't any in the napkin box. I didn't bother to go back for breakfast on Sunday. The room, bed, bathroom and towels were clean. The cable was supper slow if you tried to watch Youtube. Very...
