"We stayed in the Aston Suites. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. However, my husband who uses a cane would have had a challenge with getting to the front desk in the Norblad Hotel. I took care of checking in and the Astor Suites had an elevator which made it easy for my husband."

"We ultimately ended up not staying here. It had nothing to do with the staff. The check in was smooth and easy. Yes, I read reviews before booking but after visiting I can’t agree with some of them. It is a very old motel and the outside is really worn. The room we were assigned was pretty worn too. The mattress was broken down and jiggled just by sitting down on it. It just wasn’t for us. "The room we got was definitely not one that was remodeled like the pics online. It was dated, bathroom kind of gross. The bed was a memory foam mattress that nearly crippled my husband.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was okay. The view and location made it worth while."

"This motel exceeded my expectations. I got a good deal for one night and was concerned that it would reflect the price (I have experienced this in the past).
