"The staff were super! Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
We especially loved the view from our balcony overlooking the marina.
It appeared that they were working on updating the building. There were tears in the carpet and our room needed painting. The important things were all in place and I'm sure they are doing what they can to update the interior of the building."

"Unique and beautiful! We had a room that overlooked the river. I loved watching the ships go by, the tide rise and the birds dive to get a meal. The staff was wonderful and the room is exactly what you see in pictures. We would definitely stay here again."

"Overall, this really was a great hotel experience. It seems it’s mostly a hostel but has a few hotel rooms with their own showers; we got a king bedroom with our own shower. It worked out great. The shower / bathroom was great and it was well decorated. The front desk staff were very kind and friendly on arrival and when we left. "We really enjoyed our stay!
The room was very clean and spacious, with a great view of the bridge and river.
The breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff were all very nice and helpful.
We would definitely stay there again!"

"For the solo, female traveler: The staff was all female and except for the sullen, younger girl the morning of checkout- EXCEPTIONAL staff, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The place is modern and boujee, loved the jersey robes in the room, exceptional bed and bath linens. Even though my room, #31, had doors to outside, trolley line/city view, I felt safe.
