"Beautiful hotel--exactly what I was looking for. Just a short walk away from key Goonies sites (Flavel House, old county jail). Right across the street from a good restaurant and a short walk away from many more. Cozy lobby where I sat by the fire when I came in from the rain in the afternoon. Very comfortable and clean room, heated bathroom floor, nice view. Good breakfast included. If I have the chance to come back to Astoria, this is absolutely where I would want to stay. "My wife and I enjoy the occasional weekend getaway down to the Oregon coast. We regularly stay here when we do. We’ve always managed to get a room with a river view. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are always clean, with luxurious bedding and soft, fresh towels. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here!!"
