"The staff is great, but this property needs a refresh. I have stayed in other Barcelo properties and was disappointed in the condition of this one. The furniture in the lobby is dirty and should be either cleaned or replaced. The rooms can use a refresh as well."

"Bom hotel, porém a localização não é boa. 35 minutos de Santiago por estrada ruim. Cobra 18€ por dia por pet, apesar de haver outras respostas dadas a outros hóspedes dizendo que não cobrava. Achei abusivo."
