"Room was uncomfortably hot. Air con terminal stopped pumping out cold air about 3am and the room became unbearably hot. There was nobody to be found in the hotel and my family of four had to stand outside multiple times in the dark to get some air. We managed to get the kids back to sleep after several hours by placing wet towels on their back. We wanted to complain at check out but there was still nobody to be seen!! "It was awesome. They give you keys to let yourself in when the reception closes at 11 pm. The breakfast is always great with that Illy coffee machine. Great value. It’s also within walking distance to the center."
