Staff couldn’t have been more polite or helpful and the taxis ordered for us were well-priced and considerate. Food was good, and alcoholic drinks plentiful. We had such a good few days here. "Staff were pleasant and helpful but the cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Something had been spilt on the floor in the hall and was there for the entire 2 days we were at the hotel. The pool chairs were dirty. Breakfast buffet was fine. The evening menu items were better than the evening buffet. The hotel location is close to the river cruises but it is not a nice area to walk. "

"AC in rooms was efficient, so was the hot water and bathroom. Room cleanliness was adequate. Bathroom amenities may be improved with a few more hooks. Breakfast could be enhanced with local lava beans and bread or mollusks and local cheeses. The cold cut in breakfast menu is a waste. Otherwise omelettes were tasty"
