"Staff was nice and that’s about it. For what I paid for one night I would have thought there would at least be a continental breakfast or at the very least there should have been the advertised “coffee” in the lobby. There was nothing. The bedspread had stains on them and the air conditioner would not kick on. Upon walking in the room there was an overwhelming smell of bleach. The walls are paper thin as you could hear everything outside of the room. I would say for how much it cost to stay...

"Noisy Room! The heater or ac kept making loud banging noises waking us up all night! Front desk is kinda useless. Room overall is nice. The pullout sofa couch was dirty crumbs and definitely not clean."

"The area was acceptable. The breakfast was thirteen dollars per person the room had containers that were refillable but our containers only had maybe a quarter of product in them. The a/c wall pack was duct taped together and the vent cover was cracked into pieces and the condensing unit was dirty so that when we turned it on it smelled the room up and caused allergies to act up. The shower would not turn off completely so you hear the drip during your stay and the flapper in the toilet needed...

"Front desk not helpful when we mentioned our lamps didn’t work. Lighting in the room was horrible. The room felt like prison. Not warm feeling at all. Front desk again not friendly when we left. No where to hang your towel. No hand soap. Hotel said it was recently renovated. I’d ask the company who renovated for their money back. Water leak caused bubbles in the ceiling and walls in our room. People smoking pot. Wouldn’t recommend."

"I booked last minute for my toddler and I, because I was locked out of my house and it was late at night. Arrived at 11:55 pm with my toddler asleep. the front desk lady helped me with my bags and made everything as fast as possible. Gave me a first floor room because i didn't want to go too far with my sleeping toddler. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and i was checked out right after breakfast!"

"For $400 a night, I expected a much better experience at Live Casino Hotel. The room was not particularly clean, and the amenities were underwhelming at best. The property feels overpriced for what you actually get. There are definitely better options in the area that offer more value and a higher standard of cleanliness. I would not choose to stay here again."
