The room was clean and the tub look like it needed to get scrubbed. We loved the pool and a hot tub. I feel like they need to be redone. The paint is chipping off, but that’s about it. I loved my breakfast both days. I really loved the receptionist. He was really great.

The room was ok. Mattress was not very comfortable. It was disappointing that the breakfast wasn't included. I didn't see too many people paying the exhorbitant breakfast fee; lots of food wasted. I'm a Hilton Honors member, so the bottles of water in my room were free, but we traveled with friends who were charged $3 a bottle. Every hotel should include 2 bottles of water with the room. The most terrifying part was when the elevator abruptly stopped, between floors, while my family and I were in it. We called the emergency number and got a recording. Very scary. After a few minutes, the elevator started again, but my kids were terrified to get in again. This was a hassle, as we were on the 5th floor. I had asked for connecting rooms, but did not get it. The shower gel in the shower smells very masculine; almost like Old Spice. Definitely bring your own shower gel. Location was good. Staff were nice enough. We won't return.

My husband accidentally booked the reservation for our check out with the wrong date, so when we came back our key card it was not working, we went downstairs and talked with the lady on duty who informed us that all our items were removed and that they were locked out.And all our belongings were locked up in the managers office. I was freaking out we had to wait till the asst. manager came in her name was Zena who rolled out a cart with all our things, once she got there, she couldn’t of been nicer and even took us to one of the conference rooms to look over our belongings, we would of reserved another room but the hotel was completely booked so we had to go to another hotel. But Zena handled everything really good and we were not missing anything, which totally made me feel at ease. It was totally our fault with the check out dates but she did put me at ease once it was all over. Thank you again Zena I hope corporate reads this and tells you job well done.

Stay was Fine-

Restaurant dinner staff was excellent, as was the food. Room smelled of smoke when we arrived. There’s no bathroom fan, but the smell dissipated after a while. Though the gym rules ask you to wipe down the equipment, there are no supplies for that on the gym. Treadmills need maintenance (they are slooooooow). Most of the parking spaces are out back, but the handle was broken on one door, and our key wouldn’t work in the door by the pool, so we still had to walk around to the front. People outside talking and laughing it up at 2am was a bit annoying. TV was odd in that I had to turn it off and on if I wanted to change the channel after watching something for 10 minutes. Stay was okay, bed was comfortable, towels and bathroom were clean, staff was always pleasant and the amenities were good and it was a good, safe, place to sleep.
