"Maid service was great, daily and on time, adjusted to our schedule. Front desk and concierge friendly, patient with my sub-par French. Our TV broke one morning and the repair person was there immediately to fix it. Very pleased with excellent service. Daily breakfast was good in clean, pleasant setting. The hard boiled eggs are already peeled. Pool and workout room clean, plenty of towels. We were pleased with this accomodation "

"Very good value for the money. We enjoyed having the washed & dryer and the kitchen was fully stocked. The bathroom layout is all over the place, but we knew to expect that as we’ve stayed before. Only one tv worked. But this is a great little hotel in a great location. The barstools need to be much more comfortable so it can allow people to work from the kitchen island as there is no desk in the unit. "

"The staff were excellent, friendly and accomidating. We had some problems with our first room, but management moved us to another room so they could address the issues. This would of been a 5 star review but the Konek AI setup for the wifi and cable was absolute trash. The wifi password wouldnt work after dozens of attempts. The hdmi cable would lose connectivity, and all the streaming services through Konek ai would freeze or lose wifi signal. Its a shame that this poorly working tech made...

"Bed was very comfortable, room was basic bedroom, bathroom and shower, room also included a microwave nespresso expresso machine with pods that were refreshed daily and fridge. The location right in old Montreal was amazing so much within walking distance, restaurants, stores and various attractions for all ages. I never saw any of the staff in person, they handled my questions and logistics over the Expedia app. There were times I wished there was a person in the building to talk to. "
