"Great location near lots of restaurants and cool bars. Breakfast was good and plenty of options available and included in the room rate. Parking was offsite probably the only negative I have. The parking station was next door to the hotel and cost was $29 per day. Rooms were clean and modern, bathroom was nice and bed comfortable, there was a choice of pillows too which was a nice touch."

"This is a good hotel as far as the rooms go which were very clean and spacious. However, there were a few things that were disappointing. The restaurant is only open from Tuesday to Saturday and never open for breakfast. There is a shopping centre down the road and apparently a coffee shop close by but as I was on a tight schedule this was really inconvenient. Be mindful there's no reception or housekeeping on a Sunday, no big deal if you know but I did not. If your stay is a leisurely one then...

"Some room services could be better. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and obvious overflowing bins and dirty cups were missed. There was a fire alarm at 2am - no explanation or reason mentioned. No staff were in sight the entire time. Could be better. Difficult to obtain a coffee from the cafe - god knows when the restaurant opens & breakfast is buffet only and too expensive. Otherwise, nicely featured and spacious rooms - central location to other cafes and restaurants."

"Nice building. Rooms were spacious but had many defects. Wifi was unreliable, TV didn’t work and lamp kept flickering. When we asked about the TV at reception was told the TVs are not that smart or good. Pretty average response for the price you pay. Could not connect the TV to wifi and could only get channel 10!! Expect more than this. Good location."

"Reception staff weren’t friendly except on checkout every other encounter we were never greeted or even acknowledged. Room was terrible, sink in bathroom cracked and taps cam undone every time used and the floor creaked with every-step through the room. Only good points were bed was comfortable and hot water and housekeeping were great, acknowledged us and friendly! Very different from reception.
Definitely in need of maintenance and refresh, very very basic, location is good."
