"This is a trap for parking. When we arrive at 1am, the lady at front desk wearing a security shirt told us we could “park anywhere we want to”. When we finally want to move our vehicle the next day, there is a 25 dollars parking ticket on it. We went to the front desk , they said they can’t do anything about it. The pullout couch was not functional, but the actual couch was grungy so we decided it wasn’t an option either. The fridge was not plugged in when we arrived, and when we did turn it on, it did not work well enough for our food to keep.
