"Obviously the location of the hotel and the hotel condition was great. But their is big problem with the service in the hotel. At breakfasts when we order anything except open buffet we never receive it, and we left without eating anything two morning.Afternoon we asked for drinks and they look after us after 45 mins, while checkout we asked for buggy and help it didn’t came. This is high priced hotel, and it should not be like that."

My husband and I woke around midnight and it was far too warm in the room to sleep. Spoke with a male from reception who advised there was no AC in the whole building (they only allow it in the hot summer months despite it being about 26 degrees in the room).
