"AMAZING view of the volcano if you stay at the room with volcano view. Quiet and friendly welcoming staff. The restaurant was delicious with pretty great view of the volcano. The room clean and cozy. No AC needed. The only issue would be the 8pm curfew due to the hotel being in the national park ..."

"Cool hotel with nice views; however, it’s a bit expensive for what you get. No digital keys, and the front desk closes after 10 p.m. You can hear people in other rooms. The mattress wasn’t comfortable at all. No mini-fridge."

"Receptionist couldn't find my reservation at 1st and charged me, but i showed proof and then refunded charge. The room is really nice and bed comfortable. The food was OK could be better since its one of the best hotels in the area. Overall i wouldrecommend"
