We were told the wrong couches had been delivered during renovations and offered one twin sized roll-away for our two children instead. Most of the staff was fine, but a few were downright rude. "Sometimes people need to be compassionate, and the hotel staff is not. Even though my stay was okay, when I called to request to be transferred to another Best Western closer to the venue they answer was that every owner is different in each hotel. Then I asked them about the option to give me refund so I can move, and they said no."
