This was my first time staying at a Drury Inn & Suites, and overall, I had a very positive experience. The room was comfortable and fairly standard—nothing particularly remarkable, but it met my needs. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and dinner (with drinks) that were offered. We were able to enjoy breakfast during our stay, and I was impressed by the variety of options available. Unfortunately, we missed the evening kickback each night, but I think it’s a great perk for guests.
My only real complaint was that the fridge in our room wasn’t working. Although we called the front desk and someone came to check on it, it was never actually fixed, and all the food we brought spoiled. Despite this issue, I still enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again. Next time, though, I’ll be sure to check that everything in the room is working properly before getting settled.
