I checked in with Erill , who first sent me to a room that was not even clean nor ready. then when I woke up the next day in my new room there were ants all over the table so I had to get my room switched Again. Then Erill failed to tell me at check in the day before that there will be no available water until 4 pm which was very inconvenient to me because i had a business meeting at 3pm . When I asked to speak with a manager he then placed the phone down, Which I then heard him say "This customer is calling to complain about ants and She's looking to be compensated " Which was an insult.. He had no Empathy for the situation that I was placed in within less than 24hrs of me checking in .. BUT!! I will say Angela and Sade was very understanding and apologetic they really tried to help me but unfortunately I reached my breaking point and checked out the next day from checking in
