1-Star Review: Unpleasant Stay from Start to Finish
I rarely leave reviews, but my recent 4-night stay at this hotel was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share. The most frustrating issue was my room key card — I had to go to the front desk to get it reprogrammed over 6 times during my stay. Each time it stopped working, I had to walk back to the lobby, in which one of the nights the elevators stopped working so I had to take the stairs which became increasingly aggravating, especially late at night.
The hotel was also extremely noisy. I could hear loud guests and slamming doors well into the night. The worst part? A full-blown brawl broke out right outside my door at 2 a.m., loud enough to wake me up in a panic. The police had to come to break it up. At that point, I no longer felt safe staying there.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant and stressful experience. Between the repeated key card failures, lack of peace and quiet, and a disturbing safety incident, I will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel to others.
