Dogs barking loudly early in the morning. It smelled like a dog pound and it was more like a doggy daycare with all the animals. Rooms were outdated and smelled bad.

Absolutely filthy. This place should be rated far lower. The only reason I see it is rated what it is, is because you get a lot of space for the money, but man oh man is it gross.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was just okay. There was only one pancake machine and it kept breaking down, so it took forever to get pancakes. The second day the machine was just broken, so no pancakes. I liked the hotel, but did not like the amount of dogs and the late night/early morning barking. One dog even growled at us at the elevator. I saw one lady leave her 2 dogs in the room to go out and those dogs barked for a long time that night. The elevator and hallway smelled like dogs as well. The bed were comfortable and i loved having a full size fridge.

Property was nice, bed was clean and comfortable. The sofa in the sitting area was really old, sagged in the middle, and smelled like wet dog. The TV was also really old and did not have internet/Netflix access. In my opinion, at this nice of a property and at this price point, an updated TV is essential. Who watches cable anymore anyway this is the era of streaming!

The hotel is nice and clean. The 2 bedroom suite is very spacious with kitchen supply and microwave yo heat up food. Location is great! Walk across the street 3 mins, there are plenty restaurants and shops.

Stayed here for my daughter volleyball tournament. Elisha was so helpful with checking in. It was near everything from target , Publix and so many breakfast spots.

At check in, we were told our room had been upgraded. Since my daughter is autistic, and change is difficult for her, Alisha worked with us to provide us with the room we had expected. Thank you, Alisha, for getting our vacation off to a good start!

The staff was very friendly. Thats about the only good thing to say. I walked up to our room with the entire hallway smelling like Marijuana. I walked into the room which also smelled only to find that it looked like someone had slapped their muddy shoes together over the comforter along with a rather larger yellow stain. While the staff quickly apologized and gave me a full refund, it appears they didn't really care as two men were walking around in the lobby with a joint. I asked if smoking was allowed and was told "No" as the worker ignored the smoking. Ive stayed many places and this is by far the worst experience.

The property has a $5 per night per vehicle parking fee. The main doors lock at 9 p.m., so in order to enter after this time, you must use your room key. The room itself was small, but nice. The bed was comfortable. The room could have been cleaner, but overall, it was not bad.

My room was extremely visibly dirty! I had to purchase Lysol wipes to wipe down hard surfaces light switches door knobs etc. I have 3 small children staying in the room. The bath tub was filthy!!!

Great location, very safe and clean environment, staff had amazing customer service throughout the whole stay. Cleanliness in lobby,hallway's, and rooms. We will book again! Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Loved the beds.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was a good sized suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I love that it has a common area to eat dinner and relax on the sofa to watch TV. The staff members were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. The hotel was nice and appeared clean. However, there were a few minor issues. The bed was too hard. The heat wouldn’t turn off even though I set the thermostat to 69 degrees. This caused the room temperature to remain at 74 degrees the entire stay. There was mold in the shower on the wall. The water pressure in the shower was too low.

Overall it’s average. I appreciate the extra space they provide in their rooms. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. I didn’t realize this was a pet friendly hotel when I booked and the first room I got had previously been occupied by a cat as I was greeted with the strong smell of cat urine. The second room I moved to had animal hair in every floor corner. Had I known it was a pet friendly hotel Inwould not have booked here. However, the bed was comfortable and I slept pretty good overall. Th location is prime as well with the perimeter mall, costco, target, and many other shopping options within. a 5-10 minute drive.

The property is old and dated. It was obvious my room used to be a smoking room because the smell of smoke was in the walls. Good for the price but the room I stayed in needs to be renovated and upgraded.
