"Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. "The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and a lot of discoloration on the floor. The description says a shower/bath combo but it is just a shower. The bed is HORRIBLE. It is probably as comfortable as a sidewalk to sleep on. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work well so it was always hot in the room. The toilets are LOUD, you will hear all those around you being flushed. Parking is either valet or self parking in a sketchy garage, both are expensive. Overall I don’t recommend...

"Long queue for check in, room was modern and nice however there was food left in the fridge from the previous guest and a used Elastoplast in the bin with old room cards. The communal areas also had rubbish on carpets for our entire stay. Nice toiletries. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were welcoming, friendly and professional. We stayed as visiting the State Farm Arena which is a 20 minute walk away."
