"When we arrived the elevator was not working. People were standing in the lobby waiting on someone to get in repaired. I asked for the lowest level, which was the 5th floor. We hiked up 5 floors only to find a renovation in progress. Plastic taped to the hallway floors. The ac was not working in the room. "Hilton has quite a bit to offer, shops, quite a few restaurants, numerous conference rooms, pickleball court, gym, etc., though I did not eat at any of the restaurants at the Hilton, it is convenient having that option.
