"The size of the apartment was great, but the code for the gate, elevator and room did not work when we arrived. We sat in the parking garage for 30 minutes waiting to hear back from the host and it took another 10 minutes for them to get the code working. Some minor inconveniences to note: there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, only 2 bath towels (and two guests), and a few paper towels left on the only roll. " 0 stars is more accurate. The property is at Trace Midtown however, “Global Luxury Suites” advertising on Expedia rents out several units from Trace. They say there is a 24 hr concierge available for your needs. However, the concierge works for Trace and will tell you that you need to contact Global luxury and they can’t help you. If you call GLS no one answers. Checking in took 3 hours and no one knew how to do anything since they don’t work for GLS. When we got to our unit it was not even...
