"Not sure why there are no EV chargers on any of the parking levels EXCEPT for where valet is… and then valet wanted me to pay them $40 even if I wasnt valeting and just wanted to charge my car. Didnt pay obviously I just let my car be without charge overnight and found a place about 7 minutes from here the next day. Which was still crazy because theres hardly any EV stations in this area period. Check-In was easy although they charged me an extra $150 for a hold. However I do not like the fact the check in desk is on the opposite side of the garage and the hotel rooms, so be prepared to walk and back and fourth from the front to the back. Now the Elevators in Solana Tower. TERRIBLE. There are 8 Elevators for this tower and only 2 of them were functioning causing dramatically long lines, fights/arguments from people cutting and complaining and being trapped and claustrophobic on the elevator for 5 minutes because 10-15 people were trying to squeeze on at once and there are 50 floors so it stopped at just about all the levels (so if you could, get a room no higher than 3 so you can take the steps because by the reviews the elevators are often down. Our room was pretty clean HOWEVER we had NO HOT WATER! The water was extremely cold not even lukewarm where you could push through it. And the a/c wasnt getting cold. The lowest it goes is 65 and its central so you dont feel much. The Tv was a little glitchy but that wasnt a cause for concern for us as we dont watch Tv anyways."
